Eaglewood Equestrian Supplies is located in South Mississauga and open by appointment only. Once your order is ready for pick up we will send you an email with our address and availability. Please do not arrive before we contact you.

Canada & USA Orders
Free Shipping applies to orders over $100.00 CAD (before tax). Free shipping does not include Used saddles or other “New To You” products.
Simply select the “Free Shipping” option during checkout.
Orders shipped from Canada to the USA may be subject to Duties, Taxes and Brokerage Fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for fluctuations in customs values due to current exchange rates and rates calculated by couriers.
Live shipping rates are calculated on the Checkout Page by weight and size, not value.
We ship with with ICS Courier (majority of parcels within Canada), Can Par, Purolator, Fed Ex, UPS (to USA), and Canada Post (PO Boxes or Rural Addresses).
International Orders
Live international shipping rates are calculated on the Checkout Page. For large products/orders please contact us directly for courier rates.

- Small Packet International Surface: Shipped by Boat – Delivery time is 8-12 weeks – No tracking number
- Small Packet International Air: Shipped by Plane – Delivery time is 6-10 business days – No tracking number
- International Parcel Surface: Shipped by Boat – Delivery time is 8-12 weeks – No tracking number
- Tracked Packet – International: Shipped by Plane – Delivery time is 6-10 business days – Tracking number
- Xpresspost International: Shipped by by Plane – Delivery time is 4-7 business days – Tracking number

Packing Materials
We feel that it is important to reduce our carbon footprint and be conscience of the environment. You may find that we will reuse shipping boxes and packing materials that we feel are still in suitable condition.
Product Stock
If in stock, the stock quantity will be shown when a product is selected.
Products that are not in stock will be ordered from our suppliers to fill your order.
The estimate fill time will be displayed once a product is selected.
