  • How will I know when my order has been shipped?
    • Once your order ships we will send you an email with the tracking number and courier.
    • We sign up all orders with direct courier updates, so you will receive an initial email from them with the tracking details.

 

  • How long before my order ships?
    • Each product description contains an estimated shipping time. This is the time it takes for the product to ship from our supplier to our location. Sometimes these times may be shorter than estimated. Once we receive the products from the supplier, we dispatch them immediately and get them on their way to you.

  • When can I find the local pick up address?
    • Once you place your order online for local pick up, please Contact Us to arrange pick up location and time.

 

  • I would like to make a return or exchange

  • I received a gift for Christmas and would like to return or exchange it
    • All Christmas presents much be returned or exchanged by January 25.

 

  • Is it possible to custom order a product?
